The house was cleaned top to bottom. My favorites were the little touches like vacuuming the couches and the toilet paper triangles. Little touches show care and the fact that every room was touched.
Thelma and her helper always come at the appointed time and very efficiently and thoroughly clean my 3 level townhouse. The house always smells fresh after they have cleaned. They are tolerant of my cats, too.

The thoroughness of the cleaning was the primary thing I liked. Also that the ladies worked steadily and quietly while they were here. Can’t really comment about the products except that I have three cats and it was reassuring to know that no product would cause them harm.
