The house cleaning service was excellent. It was a rental which needed a heavy cleaning before it was sold. The Maids really took the time needed to get the home looking and smelling clean.

Merry Maids does an excellent job of cleaning my home. They are professional, pleasant, efficient, fast, use very good cleaning products, and are careful not to damage anything. They usually leave everything looking better then it did before, such as pillows, towels, shades , and rugs.
I wish there was a discount for frequent customers or other incentives to help keep the price of the cleaning service down.

This was my first time in my 43 years of life using a cleaning service and I had no idea how it would make such a huge difference. You guys helped me on a really rough day. I had family coming into town that afternoon, and I thought I would have time to come home and clean after work before they arrived but I was wrong. So I called you and your team arrived within 15-20 minutes!!! The whole process was easy for this first-timer.
Before the girls arrived, I was literally in tears from the stress of not having my house clean and no time to do it myself. When they showed up I felt immediate relief.
The "lead" team member was amazing. She was thorough, professional, and just AMAZING. She actually cared about the quality of her work. I wish I had the money to do this on a regular basis because it was worth every penny.
By the way, I feel horrible that I didn't have a tip for them - can you please apologize for me? They deserved it and I hope you share my feedback with them- especially the lead team member ( I don't have her name ). Can you please give her a bonus or some sort of recognition?

There is a pleasant smell after the Merry Maids leave as their products are very nice.
