Your teams always do a great job. I feel like I'm counting the days in between appointments so my house can be clean again! I like, too, that the cleaning liquids don't have strong odors. I'm very sensitive to those smells (e.g., clorox, vinegar, ammonia) and they make me ill; I don't have that reaction with whatever you're using. My only complaint is that the new scheduling system requires me to check in every visit to obtain the time window; I'm not sure why Merry Maids doesn't just tell me when the team is coming.
When I walk in the house after Merry Maids was there, I love the fresh, clean scent in the air. And i always smile knowing the house is clean.

I like that when I walked in the house the house didn't smell like bleach from chemicals or anything like that. I definitely like the way the house looked being nice and clean, and with way less dog hair on everything. Unfortunately there were a couple of small things that were missed that I had to attend to myself, but 9 out of 10 would highly recommend and used again in the future

Always show up on time as scheduled. They are willing to use 'green' cleaning products and let me know when stock is low. Most of all, my house is really clean when they finish the work.
