I like that there are so many options for exercise, the pool, classes and lots of exercise equipment to choose from. I especially like the early hours!

I would really, really like to see the Sunday, 3:00 Yoga come back. Compared to other fitness places you have very little to offer people who would rather work out later in the day on the weekends. Marilou

The classes have dedicated trainners. I love the pool and the ability to swim all year long regardless of the season. The amenities and the ambiances are first class for a Y and I have visited many.

It's an excellent place to spend time with family and friends.

For the Y in Pasadena -- the pool is clean and lap lanes are available. The Smoothie Bar is open at 7am so I can get a smoothie after a morning swim on my way to work.

Honestly, I was a member of Big Vanilla for years, and was disappointed and skeptical when the Y took over both locations. It took a while, but it's so much better now, I love it, and I've slowly gotten back into a routine. Thank you!
