My family and I usually utilize the Catonsville YMCA and love it there. We visited the Pasadena location for the first time last week and were so impressed with the facility! We look forward to returning for our family workouts!
Variety and schedule of classes.
The fact that around noon to 2 PM it is not crowded!!
I do water aerobics and I enjoy the classes. I would like them to be at 9am like they were.
New member who enjoys the family-centered nature of the Y in Pasadena which is different from all other fitness facilities. This includes the stay and play; monthly family events; incredible kid-friendly pool and splash pad; etc. also love the sauna !!!!
The facility is amazing,clean, and a true family environment. The staff are friendly and professional. I have been to many gyms and so far none of them can even compare to the experience I have had at the Y Pasadena. So many things to do and a wonderful atmosphere. I would suggest anyone, especially those with a family join the YMCA just for family activities.

I LIKE MY WATER EXERCISE CLASSES AND THE USE OF THE EQUIPMENT.
I wasn’t impressed with the resistance equipment. It’s nice but it’s not geared to someone like me...69 years old and recovering from a broken back. The equipment needs to start at 5 lbs...maybe that would help me. I’ve had a couple of people ask why the trainer didn’t suggest free weights...he wasn’t even sure how the equipment worked-said it was new. I asked him why he was showing me how it works if he didn’t even know! So I’m not impressed with my starter appointment. The manager was supposed to get in touch about me going to the free trainer session...no need for the second appointment with the resistance trainer. I haven’t heard from him.

Move the cycle room away from the yoga studio.....
i love the classes , but I wish there were classes on the hour , not just half hours, especially in evenings such as 6pm or 7pm
The class is small so that my granddaughter gets more one-on-one attention.
Nice Facility, the machines are better kept and more equipment available then Arnold Location
The staff is great the locker rooms are very clean. I like that there is a family changing area. I just cant say enough about the staff though is great especially Abby!!!
I am thoroughly enjoying the beginner yoga and flexibility classes on the weekend. I wish there were more classes for beginners during the week in the evenings. I also wish there were some water zumba or water exercise classes available in the evenings and weekends. I work M-F during business hours and cannot take full advantage of the offerings.
My child loves coming to sports mix and so fun for him!!
Y family loves this Y. We spend many hours at the pool. Nine of our 11 grandchildren belong to the Y, 4 to Pasadena.
My kids loves it. The front desk staffs appeared very friendly and welcoming. There are so many activities to engage in. Very nice. We love It!
Spacious and it has a sauna. Showers are warm and clean. Pool is amazing.
Hi, the staff is very nice and helpful. I have a request it has been a wild since you guys fixed the Showerheads and curtains in the bathrooms by the pool and buy it front of the building. Someone needs to clean the men’s bathroom more often the women’s is getting better. Have a great day. 😊
