I have enjoyed the Pasadena Y since it first opened many years ago. The atmosphere is friendly, and most of the time I have no issues trying to find open equipment. The pool is like a country club, if a little over crowded. Also, the staff is friendly and responsive.
I enjoy going to the Y. Everyone is friendly. I have a few other two comments. 1. When you are having a "breakfast" for senior, please advertise it as "Seniors, come have a half a bagel and a cup of coffee with us on (Date)." 2. When you have a lunch for seniors, please state the time the lunch is to begin and not when the class was to begin. I came when the class was to begin when indeed that was when the lunch was over. Your associate did make me a wrap even though they were all gone. As I was eating my wrap, he came over and asked me if I was going to eat all my sandwich. Why did he ask me that? Was he going to take back the half I didn't eat yet? Was there something wrong with the wrap? Was he going to give the other half to someone else. I told he yes, and he said OK and walked away.

The Y is an incredible facility that brings so much value to the community. It has everything that you would want to take care of your fitness needs. It’s a friendly facility with plenty of help from people who will give you any assistance that is needed. It is a clean safe friendly environment and I love the Y.
The pool was great. Staff at the pool was professional and kind. Only thing I would suggest if the staff at the front desk was unprepared for so many pool guests.
The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the time with Theresa as she showed me the facilities. The center has so many ways to work out, relax, and be healthy that it's perfect for me. I do wish it were a little closer, but it's not in the city and that means it might not take as long to get to the center even if it is farther. So, it's all good!

We visited this location to check out the outdoor pool. We used equipment first, everything was functioning and new, gym and locker rooms were clean. We didn't use the Stay and Play this time, though it seemed to be consistently well-kept by the looks of it. The outdoor pool was manageable in size, but big enough for our family. It was a pretty busy evening, but everything flowed nicely. My daughter ended up with a bleeding mouth - lifeguards were attentive to my daughter first. Then, they cleaned and sterilized the area without ever making me feel bad about the mess! From start to finish we had a great experience!
