Member Testimonials
The people, staff and members, are nicest. Made me feel welcomed my first week
I love the people and sense of community.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and spacious
Great classes, wonderful staff, variety of senior classes, all instructors are excellent and helpful.
Being a part of the y has been a life changing experience for me and my family. Being able to workout while my kids are safe in stay and play is awesome! Also to have the opportunity to swim laps and do classes is a highlight for me. This gets me to the gym at least three times a week. Also having a place for my kids to swim has even a bigger bonus. Thanks for all you do!
Very good customer service and the facility is well maintained!!
I like what t he e gym has to offer.
Awesome instructors and variety of classes. The Y in Pasadena has a true community center feel. Love the events, the snack bar, and the pool!
I just joined in the summer when I moved here. It's ok!
The pool
Friendly front desk staff. Pool is very nice especially in the summer when the dome is removed.

The staff is always absolutely welcoming. The facilities are pretty nice and always improving on the availability of variety in activities, equipment, etc., etc.
It's a fabulous facility.
The Pasadena YMCA is great for the entire family. It has the best pool and outdoor playground activities in the area for the kids. Top notch cardio and resistance machines combined with the free weight training equipment and bodyweight stations provide endless options for adults to stay engaged and motivated with their personal fitness goals. The included stay-and-play service, fitness classes and clean bathroom/sauna facilities also are of top-tier quality and separates them from the other local fitness club options in terms of overall experience and value for the money.
It's a great place to exercise and have fun, all year round!
Convenience (location), friendliness, support.
Suggestion: Please replace new (2018) tricep machine with old model. New one is not compatible with my body since my heart surgery!!! I've heard lots of complaints on the floor ever since you got rid of the old machine.
Its so much better than the one in Arnold. The sauna + locker-room at the Arnold location is tiny and barely functions, but the Pasadena facilities were larger and much more well kept. Generally the atmosphere was a lot better.
Its convenient and economical.
The facility is really nice. The majority of the safe are nice. However, the African American lady nit sure of her name but say maybe the manager is VERY RUDE!!! She has the worst disposition. She has the black and silver weave in her hair. I almost didn't come back I need some help with joining through the open door program she was so rude. But this facile is very nice. Lady you need to ask God to fix your attitude or change your career. This didnt just happen to me. My sister on a different occasion experienced her RUDENESS. Totally unnecessary.
The Pasadena Y is affordable, inter-generational, diverse and community-oriented, with a wide array of solo and group activities in a comfortable, convenient setting.
My 3 year old is in the sports mix class. She is enjoying learning the various sports. Coach Camden does an excellent job with the kids and is very caring and professional.
Coach cam is very patient and fun! He is fair to all of the kids and knows how to engage the children that get side tracked.
My daughter has had a blast with coach Cam and looks forward to her tuesday sports class. We will be returning for another sports class
Trish motivates me to keep coming!

The friendly staff and wide variety of work outs to choose from.
