I’ve been working out in Steve’s small group for several years. I can’t stress enough the benefit I get from this group! Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and has taught me so much. He pushes me harder and challenges me more then I could ever do on my own. He’s very focused on form and doing things correctly so I’m confident that I won’t get injured when working with him. Having the other ladies in the group to work out with is so much fun and we encourage and push each other. I think of them as my gym family and look forward to seeing them every week. It’s a fun way to get an awesome workout.

I love the YMCA it's the best gym and the best classes.
Coach Camden is so good with my son. He is usually very shy and it takes him a while to warm up. Coach is great with positive reinforcement and draws him right out of his shell. We have tried other classes and he largely sat on the sidelines never getting involved. Our experience here is that he can't wait to see Coach and jumps right in. Would recommend and take the class again.
