The pool and gym are both included in membership and they offer a great price for low income families to be included too :)
It's a family environment.
Very helpful and friendly trainers and instructors and a safe space to exercise alone or with a group. Looking forward to getting back into yoga classes and exercise sessions in the pool.
EVERYONE is so Nice! Staff & Menbers!!!!!!
It has such a great variety of classes throughout the week.
The Y has met my health and exercise needs for more than 40 years. I started with the Y to help keep myself in shape as a young professional. I started taking each of my children when they were old enough to do the baby swim classes. They are still members where they live and are taking their own children now! Though I have lived in Pasadena only a few years, the Y was the first organization I joined locally. As a high risk senior, I could not attend during COVID "shut down". But now I am vaccinated and back at the Y. I kept my membership paid up during COVID because I knew about all the programs the Y sponsored and all the people they were helping. Since I could not "get in the trenches" (so to speak) myself, it was the best way I could contribute something to those most in need. I fear the membership has suffered because of COVID and related issues, but I hope families will return as soon as they can. I lost a lot of my mobility independence, not being able to attend senior exercise classes and using the pool on a regular basis. I hope to get back to my "normal" during summer classes and using the pool. I hope more classes will soon be added as I also enjoyed the companionship while I exercised. It was fun to have company! To accommodate my own needs, I am taking classes at both the Pasadena and Arnold YMCA.
0pen, light and roomy. Good teachers. No confusion or fuss.

The gym, classes, pool. Everyone is nice and friendly and the facility is so clean and well maintained
All the staff are polite and knowledgeable. They are also great with my 5 year old grandson. He is in swim classes with Ms Victoria. She is excellent and patient with the kids.
Close, friendly staff. Big pool. Wish you could just do a pool membership as I have gym at work and only got there w daughter to swim so it’s a bit pricey only to swim a few times a week
1. Friendly and courteous staff
2. Clean and well maintained
3. Broad range exercise equipment and opportunities for working out.
4. The pool is a big plus

I like going early in the morning to go swimming when it's not too busy to get my laps in. It's a very clean looking facility. Pretty busy on the weekends, which is to be expected. The staff is super helpful if you have questions or need help.
