The Y in Pasadena is fabulous. We started our membership as a family of two and then when we added our son, we felt even more at home. The staff members are always so warm and welcoming. The Stay-and-Play workers are phenomenal and always make us feel safe to leave our son with them. They take the time to learn what he likes and know all his favorite toys. They were so accommodating when he was going through a separation anxiety stage and potty training. Lauren stands out, though all are great! I really enjoy all of the classes that are included with the membership. Body Pump with Lora is the best way to get quick results. She will motivate you and you will be stronger in no time. We highly recommend the Pasadena location for anyone who wants a family friendly place to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Pool is great for toddlers and the cover provides a great option during the off-season. Food and service are also great at the cafe. Free weight area is standard.
