I like the variety of classes offered at the Y and the great instructors.
I don't like the fact that:
cycle equipment breaks and it isn't fixed for months; there is no fan in the multi-purpose room at the Pasadena Y; the center is always running out of wipes for the equipment; there aren't enough weights in each of the rooms where classes are held.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. They even noticed it was my birthday and wished me Happy Birthday. I was very impressed with the above and beyond service. Hospitality is a huge part of.my career. Friendly staff and EGYM
I appreciate the ease of checking in and then the friendliness of the staff. The machines areaways clean and the facility is spacious and open. I particularly like the eGym machines as they are super easy to use and efficient. Love getting in, doing the circuit and moving on to treadmill, pool, or sauna.
Egym. I've referred several people to try it. Most people love it, one didn't.
Renewing my membership was quick and easy. Everyone was very kind and friendly. I was especially happy to see that Aiden is still there. He always makes us feel welcomed!

I truly enjoy the opportunity to interact with peers in and outside of classes. But I also appreciate the opportunity to exercise at my own pace with equipment and water walking in the leisure pool. Being of an age when movement is like life support rather than just fun or exercise for pleasure, movement is literally what keeps me living independently. Because I continue to move I can take care of myself, and still do things to help take care of others. A physician recently told me, "Motion is lotion to your body!" I like to keep well lubricated! Without the presence and support of the YMCA and their kind and caring staff I would not be moving very much these days!
Staff is always friendly and the machines are well taken care of. Able to go about and do your own thing with no worries.
Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. The facilities are always clean and organized. I just love spending time at the pool relaxing or exercising at the gym. I'm looking forward to taking a class.

Instructors for swim classes and clean .
I love the fact that there is support for families of young children. Parenta are able to be work out and do fun things while the Y provides childcare which is huge help.
We were kindly greeted when we walked in which was nice.
Having directions posted to the various areas and classes would be helpful for us new people coming in for the first time. I asked the person at the desk but she said she was new and didn’t make any effort to offer assistance.

Life guards customer service is impeccable
I've had a great experience at the Y in Pasadena. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and make members feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. I appreciate having access to quality equipment and a space that is never overly crowded. The Y does a great job creating a positive community environment, and it's been a wonderful place to stay active and focus on my health. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and well-run fitness center.
