The bad: my guess is about 40% of the small lockers in the main room do not accept a padlock. The latch mechanism doesn’t slide down far enough for the holes to lineup when the door is shut.
I love the new saunas! And the amount of equipment. I just wish they had more than 2 treadmills upstairs for those not wanting to be out in the open running.

I was rather disappointed in my scheduled visit yesterday. My "guide"only wanted to show me the electronic test equipment, which I doubt I will use. I wanted to be introduced to equipment which will strengthen my shoulder and help with my balance.
That did not happen - but I still plan to come back and discover for myself which equipment will best help those......
Great variety of workout options
Everyone that works there and been really nice.
The upgraded gym equipment is great. Also, working with personal trainer Zak. He is amazing. Takes his time answering all of my questions and makes me feel like I can accomplish anything in the gym.
Happy to see that in the near future a sauna will be available for members. That was one thing I really missed having at the gym.
The facility is beautiful, we never wait for a machine and there are a lot of interesting classes to take - a wide variety.

Love the choice of group classes
I try to go to the Y everyday. I love the pool -- the warm water is so beneficia for my arthritis. However, the Pasadena pool is currently out of order. But while disappointing, there are still lot of activities available. We recently had Egym equipment installed, which gives 'a whole body workout in about 20 minutes'. I appreciate that because I can do Egym on my own schedule. Additionally, there are a number of classes that I enjoy. I'd like more to be offered earlier in the day and a tai chi class would be wonderful. In addition to exercise, I have made a number of good friends at the Y. We get together for crafting, book club, and crochet

I like to go in and workout to begin my day,
I love the everyday classes especially yoga. I would love if there were afternoon/evening classes for children to do yoga and exercise.
