The staff has been super helpful since the first time I walked in to ask about membership. On each return, They are friendly and knowledgeable. Setting my grandson and me up with EGYM was easy because the personal trainer took his time to do it right.

We also use the pool in the summer and we love having a place so close to home to cool off.
My family extensively uses the racquetball courts for more than racquetball. Our son practices his baseball pitch and my partner and I work on our soccer skills in those rooms. Perfect for when the weather is uncooperative!
Although we don't participate in the food pantry, we always notice and appreciate the service that the Y provides to the community and especially to families in need.

Overall have enjoyed my experience. I think the pool locker room could be cleaner but recognize the challenges there. Had a few issues receiving text messages a day late, but I think that’s been resolved. Really like E-gym. Good selection of equipment. Wish you still had the sauna.

I like the equipment and the variety
I love the Y. We recently rejoined the Y in Pasadena last week. We were long time members but due to having to join another gym for one of my kids swim teams, we unfortunately had to cancel our Y membership a little over a year ago. Once we returned, I love how the staff remembered my kids and were still so friendly. The Y is such a family oriented gym and they really make the entire family feel welcome. There is so much to do for adults and the kids.
We would not have cancelled if we could have suspended our account until June 2026. We spend the winters in Florida in an area that does not have any YMCA facilities.
The Pasadena MD facility is first rate.

New machines
The gym is conveniently located. There is a fun variety of classes and the other gym-goers are friendly. Everyone is just there to exercise and I never feel like I’m being judged or looked at.
The childcare is great and I appreciate the spaces for stretching and other floor based exercise
I love all of the water exercise classes!!! I also love the new EGym. There are so many different classes to take and it’s only 15 minutes from my house. It’s perfect. The people that work. There are also very helpful. Thank you to everybody at the Y.

Fantastic gym and pool area, highly recommend! I've been going for about a year now and I think this is a fantastic community. Every time I enter, I have the pleasure to be sincerely greeted by either Aiden, Zak, Spencer, AJ, or Bruce and they are always willing to assist whenever asked. Whenever I have any questions, they are always more than happy to help or assist in any way possible. The gym setup itself, pool, bathrooms, & the equipment are all very updated, cleanly, and professional. 10/10 no regrets joining, just wish I had done so sooner!
