I think some of the people in higher up positions should take a look at their on floor employees and learn from them in how to be courteous and friendly when there on the floor to their customers. When my employees walk into our waiting area they know to say hello and be friendly. Just a select few not all fall into this category.

Pattie K. is an awesome instructor. The facility is extremely clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly. I like what the Y has to offer and that it is family oriented.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The YMCA at Parkville location offers a comprehensive experience with a mix of state-of-the-art equipment, group workouts, activities for children and one-on-one training. It is a happy, go-to place!
