I love the friendly environment and access to so many different types of equipment. I did the FitQuest program and appreciate the thoroughness from the staff. Since I am pregnant, they went above and beyond to make sure my restrictions were set properly on the ActiveTrax app.
I love the acqa classes I just wish there were more choices in the evening. The y is clean, friendly, and the employees seem to like working there.
I love that the facility was clean! It would be the best Y to take my family if ALL the staff were friendly, if they are having a bad day tell them to take a break or go home!! Also it would be great if you would fired or transfer the prejudice staff their behavior is unacceptable and very obvious to other customers . All staff should demonstrate Y values. I hope my input helps and I’m looking forward to experience an improved Parkville Y Center!

Tony was outstanding in assisting me with my personal program. The friendly courteous customer service was also greatly appreciated. I also had the opportunity to work with Clayton who also gave quality customer service. I look forward to completing the goals that have been set for me. It will take time due to my recent back surgery but I feel like I can accomplish it at the YMCA.

I am a member of the Ward Y in Abingdon, where I take the Everfit class. I have an awesome instructor who also teaches the class at Parkville and wanted to take another class with her during the week. Having Pattie as an instructor is well worth the drive from BelAir. I like the atmosphere at the Parkville Y. It isn't intimidating and has a real family feel to it. I was pleased with my first visit and plan to continue coming for my class every Wednesday.
I love the clean and calm environment. I also love the fact that it is geared toward family so my kids can come along and enjoy the experience as well. Finally, I love the friendly and welcoming atmosphere that I have experienced at the three locations I frequently visit.

Mary Ellen is terrific! My daughter initially was very skiddish in the water. She is more confident and with Marl Ellen's gentile persuation she is doing so much more, even asking to do things like jump in the water which she was fearful of doing initially. I marvel at her improvement from one lesson to the next.
I like the people I'm around and I would REALLY like it better if I stopped getting feedback request e-mails every month.
The staff members are always warm, caring and friendly. Instructors give their all in the fitness classes which motivates me to work a little harder:)
