great facility on 33rd St. Love the new equipment.
My kids have both had Coach William and Coach Laron. One of my kiddos is athletic and interested and one is not as interested. Both were treated with such kindness and care. I signed up the more interested kid for two more classes immediately because the coaches are so wonderful. I wish every adult in their lives was even a quarter as passionate, fun, engaged, and kind as these two men. I cannot say enough about them.
And for me, having a place to spend some time getting endorphins while they’re in school has done wonders for my mental health. Every staff member has been excellent, courteous and helpful. The facilities are clean and well cared for. I once saw a fellow member have a mild medical concern and janitorial staff and the training staff both showed the care and concern of nurses. It was like they were caring for a family member who felt ill.
Facilities are great, personnel very helpful, atmosphere very stimulating. In short, a very pleasant place.
Staff is friendly. Clean and bright atmosphere. Swimming pool is easy to access and use. Locker rooms and showers and clean and comfortable. Swim suit wringer was out of order yesterday in women's locker room.

Location is convenient, staff is helpful and kind, security is compassionate and attentive, hours are early and late... which is helpful.
I love the expansion of the exercise equipment and general layout. I also love having a pool.
Love the 7 AM yoga, would love a 7 AM class on Mon or Fri. Tai Qi or qi gong would be good too.
My grandson LF, love's going to the YMCA. He does better in school when he knows he will be going to the Y. Thank you to the donor's that allow me to afford the monthly tuition.

The facility is nice, clean, and comfortable to be in. Exercise machines seem to be kept in good condition, and generally, the variety of exercise machines seems very accessible.

Nice facility, not too crowded
I'm glad it stays open later than the rest especially the swimming. ButThe pool is not deep enough. The staff was super great. The times need to be later at randallstown y.
