A great place to meet people and stay active. The instructors are knowledgeable about fitness and the body.
It's convenient and the staff is nice. Just wish the Y will invest in new pickleball nets and decent balls. More evening play times would be great. What about a ladder tournament?

The people who work there (especially front desk and many of the instructors) are so friendly and welcoming. Lots of different classes to choose from. I've been a member for decades and have made many friends there over the years.

As a senior with both knees and hips replaced, the Aqua Zumba classes and any water exercises are the only things I can do.
Great way to get exercise, burn some calories, improve your mood, and feel youthful as you are actively moving freely in the water. Beautiful pool with lots of outside views !

It is a very good institution for ages.
I love Karen’s class in Aerobic Dance Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and swimming in the pools. Wish we could have a Zumba Gold class on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Yoko, the instructor who subbed for us this past Friday. She was good! We older people (over 55) need exercise classes, too!

locker room ALWAYS dirty bits and pieces of paper towel always all over floor, counters where hand sinks are located is always dirty.
The Y is a clean place with modern equipment and a friendly staff at the right price!
