Classes, staff , facilities
I love the Y. It's that simple.
The teachers are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
I like the facilities which are kept clean. Easy parking. Warm and friendly environment.
Reasonably priced.
I like to do my exercises in the pool since I have developed COPD. I also have issues with my hips and legs and the family changing area is very easy for me to use. I like the availability of the parking and the cleanliness of your building.
Clean. Open and airy space. Friendly employees
They have pickleball
I love attending classes at the Y as well as working out on my own. I am a retired teacher and can now attend classes during the day which is preferable to working all day and then trying to come. I especially like the body pump class and attend Monday, Friday and Saturday. For better training and muscle development a Monday, Wednesday and Friday class would space out training sessions and be a positive improvement for those who come to the Y on a regular basis. Retired people and people who don't work make up a portion of the membership. We have requested this class be added for some time and we understand that it is difficult to find qualified teachers however we are aware of a qualified teacher who wants to teach this class.I am hopeful that the Y can implement this change. Continuing our membership during Covid is an indication of our support and commitment to the Y and I request the Y consider this suggestion.
I like the atmospheres and the many options that you have and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good mix of ages and other groups
At the Towson YMCA, we love to workout and talk with our (new and old) friends who come in. We really try to be a extended family to everyone who comes in to workout or fellowship. At my church we believe it is all about relationships or it is about nothing. G. Ford
The Y gives me ev erything I want to maintain my health. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And - the price is right.
That fact that you have a pool although I wish it was kept cleaner. If you need my assistance. I can help you. I have over 25 years maintaining pools.
The facilities (so nice, so clean), the staff (so friendly, so helpful)
Friendly people; good environment; good equipment; friendly price.
The people- both staff & members are friendly & encouraging
Warm welcome at the front desk, equipment usually in good working order, helpful trainers, clean lockerrooms sand fair pricig. Also, the InBody assessment is an overlooked member benefit. What I don't like? Members who use their cell phones between reps and zone out to members waiting in line. Time for signs urging people to put thier phones away?

Glad to see pick-up volleyball again! Really enjoy the pool.
