Very nice staff and they have a lot of programs and nice equipment for working out .
Have not started classes yet, but your staff gave me a tour, the young lady ( who was training I was very impressed with both of them ) was excellent she made me feel very comfortable as a senior Explain everything and if she didn’t didn’t have an answer, she asked her trainee for advice. Everything went very smoothly. I called my nephew the next day and told him to join.
I will be starting on Tuesday.

The Y Orokawa is loaded with fun classes, two pools, family friendly environment, overall inclusiveness, and plenty for the kiddies! Reminds me so much of the Y I grew up in, minus the membership fees!

I had an excellent experience while renewing my membership. The attendant’s name was Donavon. I found him to be friendly and courteous during the process. He was smart and familiar with the routine. This has not always been the case, therefore I know the difference.
I requested a tour and his patience and attendance to my questions in completing this process.
I am appreciative of his demeanor. So leave the score of 10.
The variety of things to do for exercise. I bore easily when it comes to exercise. I need the variety of classes and machines.

In my experience the Y management works hard to deliver programs and adapt strategies to accommodate its wide range of customers. As a retiree, I appreciate the range of aquatic and other programs offered during the day. These programs have a high utilization and the staff works to accommodate this age group.
