Love my trainer Julie Gleeson. Her patience and knowledge in helping me deal with my injury and mental support has been astonishing. Everyone always welcomes me and treats me kindly and respectfully.

I fully enjoy the many classes that the Y offers. I also like that they offer special activities such as the Holiday trio which allows me to push my self past my comfort zone and try new things

Instructors are nice and welcoming and positive (for the most part). People are accepting of everyone, fat, skinny, old, young - no matter what you wear or what you look like.

I love the flexibility of the y's school days off programs. Great place to leave the kids so they can be safe and have fun.

I mostly go to the orokawa branch because my kids and I love the pool. The family changing rooms are always clean. Staff is friendly and always welcome us with a beautiful smile.

Variety of exercise equipment especially at the treadmill station. Various activities such as swimming, rock climbing, basketball and treadmills!
