The atmosphere that the Y provides is perfect for people of all ages, my children benefit from extended interactions with people of all ages and abilities without any judgement. I love the Y!!
I love the community feel when I go there. There are all ages, abilities and cultures all working out together. The employees are friendly and courteous. I like that the Y does good things in the community. And the facility itself is beautiful. I love all the big windows to look out when I exercise. A lot of the time, I won't bring any music to listen to because there is so much to look at outside and around me. The classes are great too! The instructors are friendly and accommodating to all abilities. This is a great gym!

It's not terribly crowded, I love Melissa's barre classes and being able to watch HGTV while I run. :o)
Sometimes we take the kids swimming, and they love that. The pool is a little cold (for adults) and the family changing rooms are usually full.
My kids had fun.
All kinds of friendly people...all ages and colors. It is a happy place! Attractive with the high ceiling and fireplace. It is clean. Im taken with water zumba!
