I rejoined the Dancel Y last week after a 15 month hiatus because of COVID. The staff at the Y gave me a warm welcome back, which I really appreciated. I appreciate that the showers in the Women’s locker room have been improved and are kept clean and tidy.
I appreciate the quality and knowledge of the water class instructors. I rejoined the Y to participate in the water classes. Thank you for keeping the water fitness and water Zumba classes in the schedule.
Nick has been a great trainer to both of my sons. His training has really improved their fitness and confidence in the gym.
Love the Y. Would like my swim class to start up again now that the pool rules are relaxed. Tri athlete class Tuesday and Thursday mornings has been going on for years.

Great experience every time we visit The Dancel Y in Ellicott City,MD. Staff is very helpful. Multiple events throughout the day makes it easier to adjust as per ones schedule. Overall well managed.

What I liked about our Y experience is the service offered. The service offered was great! The staff were caring and friendly. We had a wonderful family time in the pool.
That you allow family pool time when the lanes are not full
The Y offers a variety of healthy exercise options for all ages. I use the warm pool for water aerobics, and my husband uses the gym and plays pickleball.
There are no annual contracts, and members can suspend their membership fees when necessary. Great flexibility!
