I have not tried many of the Y amenities yet, but I enjoyed the group fitness class that I attended. The instructor was motivating and the overall experience was very fun and uplifting!

The people who work at the Y are so wonderful and helpful. They are patient with my child and the facilities are always in great condition.
The Y staff are all so supportive. The facility is always clean and welcoming.
I especially love the Arthritis water class and Pam who teaches it.

Reasonable prices, nice selection of classes and other activities
Aqua Exercise is the best exercise for me right now and I really enjoy the classes in the pool that the Y is providing. The instructors are excellent and the days and times are convenient. I feel very safe with the Covid restrictions that are being carried out.
The people are wonderful. The facility is top notch and has everything you need.

I like being able to take my son to Stay and Play while I work out and some times having him work out the same time I am working out. I love having the Parent Night Out option as well. My husband and I now get designated date nights which were difficult to do before. This allows us to prioritize us wich is pretty special!

The space, the cleanliness, the classes and the friendly people
The people...that is, the staff and fellow members.
The facility...easy access to free, ample parking (typically)...architectural design of built environment...maintenance/cleanliness of interior spaces and equipment...overall quality of programming.
What currently concerns me...parents who bring unvaccinated children below age 5 years to the facility...are doing these children a disservice. I recommend that the Y lead team not allow these children...whether they are masked or not...in the facility...in support of the welfare and safety of these children. IMO, children below the age of 12 should be allowed to use the facility-at-large, but not be allowed to enter the fitness center and use its equipment...whether they are supervised by an adult or not. I have observed many young children use the equipment in an inappropriate...and potentially unsafe manner...to their imminent risk and to the Y in terms of its liability for "accidents" attributable to owner negligence. So, for all the right reasons, I believe you would be wise to preclude children below the age of 12 from the densely equipped fitness center (i.e., where the aerobic and strength development equipment is arranged for use by adults or adolescents).
The Y is clean. The staff is friendly and I enjoy the Zumba classes, and the gym area!

Hi,
I love the YMCA but I have a few concerns. I wish the pool was cleaner and the women's changing room was neater. The pool is sometimes cloudy, smells of chlorine, the metal rail part near the deck is brown and it has floaters. I wonder If there was a bottle of disinfectant in the showers folks would spray the shower down after they are finished. It would be cleaner then. My biggest wish is there was an aqua group class on the weekend.
