Stay and play and fitquest helped me learn how to navigate using the gym equipment. If I didn’t do the fitquest I would have just stuck with the cardio machines.

The gym was very clean, every staff member was friendly and the equipment was top-notch. I had left my phone somewhere in the gym and by the time I went back to ask to look for it an employee had already found it and handed it right to me at the door! Excellent customer service all around.

I mainly use the Y for swimming. The pool is reliably open, clean, and usually a good temp for lap swimming (though it could be a bit cooler given that there is already a warm pool!). The aquatics staff is friendly and does a great job.
I really enjoy water fitness classes. Roberta Caggiano and Kelly Whites are amazing instructors. I also like the flexibility of being able to go to multiple centers, even when I am traveling out of state.

Friendly staff, new friends, and a great place to workout.
Friendly and helpful staff. A high quality place dedicated to a healthy community. It is hard to beat that in my view. The different ways to work out are compelling. You can build, rehab or just start a new exercise method like yoga or other group exercises.

I enjoyed the ease of access to each class, the number of machines available to use and the overall spaciousness of the building.
We’ll organized and clean. Excellent childcare area. Large weight and cardio areas. Machines work well. 2 pools well situated and frequent family swimming opportunities.

Place is clean but tv screens on treadmills and bikes could be whipped after people continue to wipe with wet wipes even tho asked not to do so.
