It’s like a family here! An awesome family and a happy place where you can meet wonderful happy people from the moment you step in at the front desk and where you can workout safely. The classes are great, the instructors are amazing! Kudos to Janet, total body Circuit and cardio dance instructor and to Katie, chair yoga instructor !

Friendly and helpful staff. Free kids programs and the variety of workout activities including pickel ball and yoga.
I like the workout area and the various machines/weights for resistance training and cardio. I have not taken advantage of any classes recently. Many tend to be overcrowded.
All inclusive classes, very friendly atmosphere, classes available, for no extra fee (other than membership fee), to accommodate anyone's and everyone's fitness level.
