Everything. The classes are great. My kids love the pool. The gym has a great assortment of equipment. The trainers are more than willing to help with any questions you have. The FitQuest is awesome because I have a dedicated workout program and I don’t have to guess what exercises I need to do to achieve results.

My daughter had a wonderful experience in her first swim class - she's 8 and just in level 1. Already, she's learned lots of "swim moves" and was confident enough to practice during family swim without her swim vest on! I love the gentle but encouraging approach - I'm so excited by her progress already!

I love Karen H in Abingdon. She’s amazing! It’s awesome that they have a play and stay. I do however wish that it were two hours so that we could do two classes. But either way I’m very thankful 😊

The pool
Would be more convenient if parent night out started at 6pm it gives parents more time to get our kids ready. From getting off of work at 5pm there literally no time. My recommendation would be for the time to be from 6-9 like it was in previous years!
Miss Courtney is a wonderful coach! She is patient and gentle with my son and makes the lessons fun! He looks forward to them every Tuesday!

I found the center and the staff very welcoming and helpful
The atmosphere was pleasant and lots going on, energetic. I saw lots of equipment and different activities like rick climbing. The pool was large but not over crowded. The water class I took was fun and the people enjoyable to be around.
