The YMCA has a lot to offer everyone and all ages. However, i do wish that their family changing rooms were a little cleaner. Today my husband and i went to the pool and there was a very strong smell of urine in the dry changing room. I also experienced that earlier in the week. Im not sure if the smell is just stuck in there or if they haven't cleaned it thoroughly in a while. I also wish that there was an out door pool at the location that i go to. other than that, thus far i am really enjoying the YMCA.

I really like the personalized training. I was afraid that I would be overwhelmed and not know what to do or how use the equipment. Trainers were there to assist and explained everything. I have also attended some of the excercise classes and again found the instructors to be very engaging and fun.This is my 2nd week and so far I have enjoyed the membership and what the Y of Abingdon offers.
Very helpful staff! Explained the correct way to adjust machines for my needs. Friendly and made me feel comfortable in my new setting.
The water classes are fantastic, as each instructor has a different routine and know the correct way to do the exercises. I will fill out the questionnaire as I have to close up for the day. Will hand it in tomorrow when I go to class.

That pool is so clean compared to parkvile and towson's Y. I can see 6 lanes over better then one lane over at the other locations.

I love a lot! Cassie is so great and friendly when we get there. I love the ActivTrax app that gives me a different workout each time I go. I love that there is a homeschool program and that there is a pool for those in my family that enjoy swimming.

This Y has a nice, helpful staff. I love the diversity of the patrons. The pool is clean and I can always find a lane. And there’s a decent view from the treadmills.
I love the manger Matt from the Y in Pasadena He’s all ways so Pleasant and fun to talk with. I all so love the other Matt that I have Known since he was a life guard. The people there that work there are wonderful. I have been going there since January 2011.
My favorite part is the pool. Which I get to enjoy all year round.
