Working on losing some weight and getting healthier after being diagnosed as a pre diabetic.

The availability of trainers on the treadmill room is a very important factor. Mike and Althea
do a great job with maintaining and updating equipment. I have been a member for over ten years and am very satisfied with this Y branch!

THE EQUIPMENT IS UP TO DATE, WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN, AND THE HOURS
TO USE THE Y ARE VERY GOOD.

THE POOLS ARE KEPT VERY NICE, LOCKER ROOMS ARE WELL MAINTAINED.
