I love the pool. It's my favorite thing about the YMCA. I love the financial assistance program. And I love how diverse the Y is-- I always feel welcomed.

I can go to any YMCA in the area, at almost any time, and get a good workout. The machines are well maintained, there is always staff available, and there is ample parking.

Love the expresso bikes - I am hooked after only 2 weeks. Very motivating to see your progress against others of same age range.

The facility is very pleasant and well set up. I love the fireplace. Staff are friendly.

The fact that you don't have to sign up for classes. I exercised at the senior center in Catonsville for several years but became very disillusioned with the sign up process. Also much cheaper at the Y!

What do you like about your Y experience?

The teacher Rachel was wonderful and my 20 months old daughter had a lot of fun. However, the water was too cold for her so I bought her a thermal suit for 20 dollars which made her much happier in water.

What do you like about your Y experience?

The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The Activtrax app keeps me working to stay fit. And the pool is the best for swimming. But don't tell anyone because the pool is already really busy and it's beginning to mean competition for lap time.
