Pool has been pretty busy recently for afternoon lap swimmers. Would it be possible to reduce the double lane reserved for non-lap swimmers to one lane at times? Also, could non-swimmers, like those who walk in the pool, be restricted to the non-lap swimmers' lane so they aren't taking up a lap lane during busy lap swim times?
Also, could you lay down some more rubber mats leading from the pool to the locker rooms, and in the men's locker room?
Also, any way to get the closed captioning working on the treadmills?

I really appreciate that there is the stay and play room which my child loves going to, and it gives me an opportunity to exercise when I wouldn't normally be able to without paying a babysitter. I also find all the employees to be friendly and helpful and they seem to have collegiality with each other, which demonstrates to me that they like their jobs, and that reflects back on the management. I'm also happy the Y has taken a leadership role during the pandemic by requiring employees to be vaccinated and always keeping up with masking guidelines. I enjoy coming to the Y and am very thankful for it in my community.

Happy employees! Low employee turnover. It shows the Y treats employees well. Really liked the Friday they closed and paid the employees. I can rearrange my activities for that!
