People are nice and “average” and not scary workout people
The manager at the Catonsville Y used name and pronouns I identified. She took the time to very carefully look at our situation and offer a compromise in terms of our ability to pay for a membership. She is a person of integrity and followed through on her offer, even after time had lapsed and we were told something completely different by another Y representative.
Everyone is polite, friendly, and helpful. Facilities are clean.
