Walk in hair cut w/o appointment.
$22 for a hair cut seems expensive compared to the other stores in this area.

Able to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Plus the consistency of having my information on the last haircut available for whomever cuts my hair.
I checked in online, I was at the location a few minutes before my scheduled time, I checked in on the keypad. My name was on the board. When my time came up, a girl left and it changed from 2 minutes to 12 minutes or something similar. I thought to myself ok, everyone needs to eat. She came back with food and went to the back. I patiently kept waiting, then after that period of time, I got a message on my phone saying we're sorry you couldn't make it, try us again sometime or something like that and my name came off the board. I instantly asked someone working there what happened and she said I'll be next. I was next after a few more minutes but it seems like the system wasn't working right. I did have somewhere else I had to go, which is why that extra time spent was not convenient. I may start looking at other haircut places, there are a lot of options near me.

I am very happy with my stylist Jessica. She always ask if I had any problems with my last cut. She looks up the notes and changes them according to my feedback. I like that I can walk in and get a cut on my schedule instead of making an appointment. The prices are good and the service is great!
