I like everything, hence why I keep coming back. What I didn’t like this trip was the lack of training the stylist had. She didn’t ask which towel I wanted just assumed hot. Didn’t get the water hot so my hair got washed with cold water. When asked to heat it up was told that it didn’t go any hotter. She acted like she was scared or disgusted by the way she did a one finger on each hand, super soft, barely felt it through the towel face massage. Hair wash and massage felt the same. One to two fingers per hand barely any pressure and cold water.

I asked for a skin fade she just cut a one on the sides and pretend that she was fading it the whole time and took even longer saying its going to look good don’t worry witch was the same thing in the end

The stylist cut my hair so badly I wear a cap outside now. I just wanted a fade with a zero one the sides. The top of my head is cut uneven and does not look good when I style it.
