I like that when I get there my stylist Kat doesn't have to ask me how I want my hair done she already knows how I like it cut.

The website & "app" must have been created by someone with experience in the "government" like a tag office because it is NOT CLEAR how to use the app.
(HINT: get a trained HUMAN being, other than some "webie" you picked as the low bidder who did the app for you).
