The staff try their best every day, and are receptive to feedback. They will listen and implement as best as they can with the limited funding and staff. They are working on improving a variety of enrichment activities, and have added fun active games and arts and crafts.
Friendliness of the staff, clean environment, variety of classes and educational classes.
The team communicates well with me, especially if my son is not behaving.

Claire has been amazing! Our son has had a bit of a tough year at Rampello but he absolutely loves the YMCA After School Program . First time I’ve heard him upset when I come too early to pick him up. He’s also taken an interest in more sports since being in there and you just recently signed up for a flag football clinic at the Kingsway location with the YMCA.
I would recommend the YMCA to people as being a good value for their money and that the YMCA as a nonprofit provides services that are needed in are community,and I would encourage them to have a membership that allows them to go to all the YMCA.
Love the play time, m child has so much fun!
They keep my kiddos safe and entertained until I can pick them up after work. I so appreciate them!

Good Value for Money!
The staff at Grady Elementary’s YMCA after-care is phenomenal. Counselors AJ, Tyler, Michael, Daniella (and all those whose names I don’t know!) go above and beyond for the children. This is our first year at this program and my experience far exceeds the expectations I had joining in August. The structure is a perfect balance and ensures there’s discipline, rules, and scheduling, without it being so strict the kids are stifled after a long day at school. Candidly, I had heard past years weren’t as good. Now, everyone is raving about it. Supervisor Danielle is such an asset to the program. Her attention to detail, leadership, and pride in the program is what has brought success this year.

Great Program and great counselors!
It’s affordable the staff is nice and friendly. Plus it’s also the convenience of not having to worry about the safety of your child. The hours are absolutely amazing and my son loves it so definitely looking forward to adding another son to that roster for next year season
Great after school care program
Jayden and Jordan love the YMCA after school. They prefer there over HOST. We appreciate the community feel at the location we frequent.
Convenient location, very clean, staff is AMAZING, very helpful, equipment is well maintained, lots of programs and activities for all ages, and so much more!!!!!!!
Silver Sneakers and weight machines
The coaches there are amazing! Big group of girls there too ensure friendships are being made and the parents are supportive of all the kids. Across the board it is a great sport for the girls.
The atmosphere, amenities, classes and great equipment and facilities
They have talented and caring trainers for all ages to encourage you at whatever physical level or mental level your at you just have to show up and your guaranteed a positive outcome every time! I love it!!

It’s a fun place to workout and meet new friends
Great facilities and instructors. I don't use equipment. Locker room sanitation could be improved.
1. When I come in the building the staff is so welcoming and pleasant. They always have a smile on their faces. They are willing to help.
2. Mr. Glen is helpful, respectful and greets me by my name and I only met him once by another staff.
3. Ms. Marla the custodian is doing an excellent job. The building looks clean as well as the women’s locker. The building has available supplies for the customer to use at the moment of need. Ms. Marla extends a smile and ask me how I’m I doing.
3 I truly enjoy attending the silver sneakers class. Ms. Lashanda is such an amazing instructor. She makes the class move and be active not only physical but mentally. She knows all the individuals that attend the class by name. She encourage us and is so much fun. You can tell she loves what she does.
4. My grand daughter Fenix attended the Youth Zone for about 1 1/2 hours during spring break and she said she loved it! She couldn’t wait to return the next day. The staff was kind to her.
5. My grand daughter also used the pool and staff were friendly.
I hesitated before joining the YMCA but I’m glad I did. The YMCA and Tricare for Life should work something out so that I and others won’t have to pay so much monthly over a membership. I’m on disability and fix income and I might have to drop the “y” in the future unfortunately. But overall Campo Y is doing a good job and that place is always busy.
