My son absolutely loved it. I’m not exactly sure how he did and would have liked feed back on his performance since it was his first time ever playing. But over all staff was friends and he wants to do it again.
It provides good fitness classes and other socializing events for active older adults. It's easy to get to; there's plenty of parking; it's covered by my Medicare Advantage plan; the staff is great; the facility is clean and functions well. The other active older adults who attend when I do are friendly, helpful, sociable. We look forward to seeing each other which motivated me to show up when I might otherwise goof off at home.

This facility has a large number of exercise equipment which is kept very clean .
It is an open clean gym with friendly staff, great instructors and so much to do. Of course, would recommend it!
I would like to say I would like to see more classes at noon.
Sometimes it's hard for me to get out of work to get to a class in the AM and now with summer I want to get yard work done early. Noon is the perfect time to get to the gym and run a few errands before the next chapter in my workday.
Zharia's Zumba class is so popular and so FULL someone is about to get hurt. I tend to have to watch my neighbor over following steps, so we don't run into each other. Her class would be a good class to add at noon.
Same thing with a Zumba with Damaris. So many people miss her from Zumba Gold!!!
I just took a HIIT class. OMG, I am addicted!!! I want more than just Wednesdays. That is the class I really would love to see on Monday at noon!!! What a great workout! I know there is a Saturday class, but way to early and on a weekend:(

Nice, clean, well maintained facility. Extensive variety of exercise equipment. Group classes. Outdoor pool with dedicated lanes for swimming or cooling off. Most importantly, it has a friendly atmosphere.
A variety of activities are offered every day, and the themed weeks keep it interesting for kids who attend every week.
The staff is wonderful.
