The staff is generally nice. The amenities are nice and this YMCA appears to continue to add more amenities for families to enjoy. The childrens zone needs more staff. This area is most families with children. All in All we enjoy the Y.
Someone needs to clean more the bathrooms are pretty gross someone needs to remind people maybe put BIG signs up to remember to clean the machine when they are done with it. Also I think it's ridiculous how early you close should be open til 11 ESPECIALLY on the weekends .. but I'm grateful just to have it available to me in my community .

This location has grown during the years to assist the communities needs. We love it. The staff is willing to go beyond expectations to help children with different aspects of autism. That a major factor in the life we live in. It just not physical but mental. This Y shows compassion for others without judgment. Keep the good fight and service for those in need. Thank you

ALL THE STAFF THERE IS VERY COURTIOUS. ALSO WHEN YOU NEED ANYTHING LIKE COPIES OF YOUR REGISTRATIONS OR AS SIMPLE AS YOU FORGETTING YOUR ENTRY CARD A THOUSAND TIMES, THEY DON'T MIND CHECKING YOU IN.
Clean facilities and staff is hospitable
Great staff ,lots of new equipment, plenty of parking, classes for everyone, and the list goes on and on. Maybe some attention to the water coolers, but I bring mine.

The Y is a great place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As the sign says, it is a safe place. Also a happy place.
The staff members are easy to work with and the programs are fun and effective.
Kareem was extremely patient and professional. Also made the lessons a lot of fun for the kids.
The staff is attentive, knows my children, and my kids look forward to going to camp each day. I can't ask for anything better than that! Whatever they are doing is working!

Provides everything I need
We had a fantastic experience at the north Brandon YMCA swim lessons. Our kids have gained so much confidence in the water thanks to our instructor Zitla!

I like Bob Sierra YMCA because of the variety of activities available over the summer. I can use the same drop-off logistics and get basketball, gymnastics, swimming, preschool, soccer, art, day camp and add on swim lessons!
