Staff here is great! The equipment is in nice condition and has almost every machine I could want in such a small space. Locker room is spacious and clean. The weekend hours are the only drawback, but it is understandable based on how slow they seem to be on the weekends.
Variety of things to do. Great teachers and people to do them with. There is something for the entire family.
I love the classes an the fact that my kids can come an be watched so mom can have some me time to get healthy for her babies. Eds one of my fav instructors. I did sprint one time an now I'm hooked I love core an more. Just overall glad I finally made the choice to just do it. Everytime I leave after a class I feel wonderful an accomplished! Moms bringing her sexy back this year watch out!
