I’m a group exercise fan and I especially love Zumba, Pump and UJam!!
But the best thing about the Y is their mission promoting empathy, love and overall health and wellbeing ❤️🌞

The YMCA is a clean, comfortable place to workout with a variety of machines and free weights. The staff is professional and helpful.

Friendly staff, experienced instructors make it fun to work out and the craft and book club make it a fun place to meet others!

Holly is a fantastic trainer.
The Y is well equipped and clean. Staff is friendly. Love it!!

I like the smallness of the YMCA in Dade City.It allows for a sense of
community with the others using the gym that day.
