I was hesitant to let your company come back the second time to clean my carpet. The second technician, John G., did an excellent job in cleaning my carpet. I appreciated the fact that he was very courteous and apologetic for how the first cleaning was done. I suggest that the first technician, Sam H. needs more extensive training.

Valentino was our technician and he was very nice. He was friendly, kind and helpful. He had a long day with our two parish houses to be cleaned! I have used Zerorez myself at my home, and because of that experience, I chose Zerorez to clean at our churches too!
