The cleaner was friendly and the work was done in a timely manner. However, I didn't like the scent he sprayed on. I asked him if it would get sticky and he said no. He stopped it when I started coughing. The rooms he sprayed took longer to dry. Monday was the appointment and I was out of town and didn't return until Thursday, The hall and the office were still slightly damp
at that point and these were the areas where he sprayed. There were also several areas that didn't get especially clean. Overall you did a good job and I would still recommend you,

I thought the cleaning was through. The man that did it was incredibly kind and funny. Would have you back again. We were referred by our neighbors and glad we did it. Keep offering the specials on pricing. I was ok paying under $300 for what we got but over that might not be worth it

Professional and they do a great job!

Making an appointment was easy. The crew was on time and very professional. They did an excellent job of cleaning. Paying on line was also easy.

What I like: Punctual visit after setting the time, service man knew how to do his job very well, I had a carpet that was a few years old, and was soiled in some areas, particularly walking paths. It was cleaned very well, and was cleaned in time! My final bill was somewhat lower because it was possible to get the job done using their Van. I will likely use them the next time

I had Zerorez clean our carpets recently. I would highly recommend them. The technician called ahead of time, arrived on time, asked if I had any questions for him. He did a fabulous job. When he was almost finished, he showed me a section that he hadn’t done and it was unbelievable how dirty our carpets were. Price was reasonable. He didn’t try to push products or additional services. I could pay by credit card without an additional fee added on. It was a positive experience and I will definitely use again.
