We were scheduled very quickly and over 2 days which helped with us being able to access different areas of the church which was very convenient for us. From start to finish, the transaction process was easy. We've previously hired ZeroRez to clean our carpets, but this was our first time using them for air duct cleaning after a remodel. Making the appointment was easy; we got prompt responses to our questions, and when I needed to update information a week before the appointment, their response was again immediate.
Our service technician, Brandon, arrived on time, was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and respectful of our newly-finished hardwood floors, etc.
We will definitely use them again.

Worker was very careful: had booties worn in house. Impressed they had a door covering in the front door; nice not to have the door wide open during the cleaning. Very good price for having all of our area rugs cleaned.
