Quick dry, no smell

Our carpet had t been cleaned since we bought this house 5 years ago. It had many set-in stains, including more than a dozen from a cat who was frequently ill. It seemed pretty hopeless!

It now looks good as new. Amazing! No odor — the soiled carpet now smells clean and fresh. No chemical odors from cleaning solutions. Plus the friendly technician called ahead, was punctual, and did a careful and diligent job, going over the bad parts several times, until no.st as ins remained.

Matt was wonderful and did an amazing job. He was truthful and really made sure that the carpet was clean! I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

Suggestion: Tipping should not be included on your bill. The dollar amount you charge is already high. I paid approximately $800.00 for three hours of cleaning. I think that is more than enough. Tipping not required.

The employee was very professional and polite, and answered my questions. I liked how the carpet-cleaning solution was applied with a machine that brushed the solution into the carpet fibers. The solution sat for awhile before the extraction process. One of my rooms was very dirty and now the carpet is clean! I highly recommend Zerorez!

Valentino did a very good job on our living room carpet and sofa! The only thing I did not like, was that hie was going to let my husband and I lift the end tables off of the coffee table until I told him that it was his job to do that himself. He did what I asked him to do. He was very professional and gracious. That was my only complaint, but all is well.

I would ask for him to do our carpet again. My friend happened to come for a short visit while he was here working. She said that he was doing a very good job. I had told her about Zerorez many times before. She was impressed.

Technicians are on time and communicate well. They know what they are doing. They are respectful of the space and customer needs and questions. Love the citrus smell. The results are always stellar! I’ve been using Zerorez for over 5 years-always a great experience.

The technician didn’t protect the corners with the provided bumpers and chipped the plaster of the stairwell. He did offer to repair. I superglued plaster chips back in place the best I could.
