There was good communication throughout. We made an appointment initially and also requested to be put on a call list in case an earlier appointment became available. An earlier appointment did open up, they called and slotted us in which helped us out a lot. Joe, our technician came on time and was both friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the house, listened to our concern about some spots on the carpet and told us what to expect. The finished job looks great. Joe also consulted with us about a kitchen floor issue that I have and even sent pictures back to his office so that other staff could add their thoughts. Joe went over and above and that we very much appreciated.

This time we had Austin and he was very knowledgeable about what would be the best way to clean out my stains and protect my carpet. I have nothing but good things to say about this service. We had all our heating ducts cleaned plus the antibacterial treatment and dryer duct cleaned. The service person Brandon was outstanding. He answered all questions, was extremely kind and sensitive about any concerns, and did an amazingly thorough job. Not only are our ducts clean, but the entire service has made my normally cold bedroom heat more efficiently so it is warmer. Highly recommend.
