The technician didn’t protect the corners with the provided bumpers and chipped the plaster of the stairwell. He did offer to repair. I superglued plaster chips back in place the best I could.

Zero Rez showed up on time and reached out via phone and text to let me know when they would be here. They were professional and did an excellent job. Addressing my concerns and deep cleaning my carpets. Everything looks great and smells great and feels truly clean :-) I highly recommend them!

Always appreciate the staff as they take the time to explain options and set realistic expectations. This is my first year with the application of a dirt repellant applied to the carpets, so we will see how well it works with our, sometimes very dirty pups.
