Joe and his team in Waterloo have been so supportive and helpful over the last 3 years. Joe readily becomes part of a team to support our son who is in Grade 12. Before my daughter join the program, she was struggling in school. As she was in the program, her mark slowly improved and so did her confidence! Joe did a great job running the program. By the end of the school year, her mark was above the median.

I like that my daughters are both engaged and learning and are doing so independently. I would like to hear more about how they are doing and progressing towards the goals that were set when we first signed up. I would also like to be given a description of how they are moving along along the continuum and begin any ideas of when they may be assessed again.
