I love that it is individualized to the student but that the students are all together. When they have questions, they are not given the answer but are asked questions that help them come to the answer on their own. The kids are not given work to take home, I love that the work is done and corrected immediately so that kids don’t do a bunch of work incorrectly.

My 12 yr old son had a great experience at Mathnasium in Waterloo, ON. The instructors were wonderful and the reward system worked really well for him. We're grateful for Mathnasium for bringing my son up to grade level and increasing his confidence in math to the point where he got A's on his report card in math for the first time!

Mathnasium in Waterloo has been an excellent after-school addition for my kids to continue the math curriculum. With the declining math averages in the Waterloo Region's two school boards, I'm happy that programs like this exist so that we can stay ahead of the curriculum and ensure that none of our kids get left behind by the school system.

This has been a wonderful experience for my two daughters. The reward system works very well to keep their interest. As well, they enjoy the atmosphere and their teachers. Overall, Mathnasium has been great for their math confidence.

My 11-year old son loves going to Mathnasium in Waterloo, ON. The owner and all of the staff are very friendly and create a fun and stress-free environment for learning. Students are rewarded with prizes of their choosing as they work their way through their tailored program for achievement. Due to Covid my son was a grade behind in math but Joe and his wonderful team brought him up to grade level within four months. This has increased my son's confidence as he received A's for the first time ever on his report card in math which he's very proud of. It's a great program!

My son attended Mathnasium on Waterloo for two years in highschool. The people there who helped him taught him that he can do well at math. They are excellent teachers and support system for learning.

The Mathnasium team set the right environment for kids to sit and remain focused during the session. Kids feel supported and welcomed in the center and they will be interested in attending the sessions.
I also like the assessments at the beginning and the end of the year. They are subject-specific and you can see how much your child(ren) has progressed in each topic.

The tutors are wonderfully flexible and helpful. This term my son (Grade 12) was not taking any math, but he had some quite mathematical material from his science classes that they were able to help him with!
