I was in the livestrong program as a cancer survivor, I had Manthan and Ashley as trainers and they were fantastic great personalities and very knowledgable they made it fun and it really helped. I continue to work out and exercise the equipment is great and the staff is wonderful

Friendly family environment with trainers and other members to help do your workout correctly. This facility has everything one needs to do a workout whether it is swimming aerobics or gym. It has everything I need and my family needs. It also is a safe non judgemental place.
The use of the gym and break room. The confidence I can come to a safe place at my choice of time to workout in a social setting. I have my own set routine rather than attend classes. This way I can not my time and attendance. Love the availability to do this in my way and time. Been coming 3 days a week for several years and wi continue this year.
