I love the water aerobics classes. The activities potlucks, lunch & learns. The indoor equipment for beginners.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Enjoy cardio machines such as arc trainer and incubment bike, stretching area also and ab machines.
Please do NOT remove any more of the arc trainers and possibly adding a sauna or steam room, which I would pay more on my monthly payments.

We are snowbirds and find it so convenient to sign up every winter when we arrive. I’m very happy with all the equipment and staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.
