We are just getting started. We had our first tour with a trainer on Thursday 2/13/20 & it was very informative. We are planning on participating every Tuesday & Thursday for at least an hour.

Classes at Elfers Center & recumbent elliptical equipment-at Y - good for senior with back issues but there are only two & we need more

I am so enjoying all the Silver Sneakers programs and the instructors are great! Especially Jennifer ....she makes the class so much fun!

I like the programs that you offer with one criticism. The senior classes are over crowded. Surely there is room to repeat these classes daily so we are not banging into each other.

Well, this gym offer classes that other gyms charge extra if you take a specific class. I like that, for the same membership classes are included.

The people that work there are very helpful and cooperative in every single way that I could possibly think of the ladies at the desk when we come in or wonderful and are very friendly always say good morning and are very welcome
