Consistent, predictable, thorough cleaning. Most of the time, everything is put back in it's place so it doesn't look like the maids have rushed through the job. And, of course, we love Crystal...she is the best!!

I don't know what they are but they seem to be gentle not abrasive. Except for the kitchen sink cleaner, which seemed to be a little too abrasive and may have diminished the polish. I also like that they don't leave an overpowering bleachy smell.
Cleaning the high hard to reach places. I really like the extra cleanings. For example, cleaning the fridge. Merry maids are always very friendly.
