Both Shawna and Micky did an outstanding job in deep cleaning our selected rooms. We were very impressed with the cleaning products used as we noticed stains gone that we had tried to remove and they reached those high places that were hard places to clean. They were friendly and sweet, making us comfortable to have in our home. Our kitchen cabinets looked so much cleaner and the dark hardwood in our home and floors looked so much cleaner and polished. People are very friendly. I have been mostly satisfied, but like a consistent feeling that my house has been cleaned to the fullest. I have had issues where things did not get done, even when it was one of the rooms to be focused on. I don't like always wondering how well the cleaning people will do from time to time. I would like to feel confident that they will put 100% effort in all of the time. I feel as though I have to stay to watch and have to really check it over when the are finished cleaning each time.
All the cleaning products are provided by you, which makes it much easier for me. I don't have to look for cleaning supplies, make sure I don't run out, etc. But most important is the excellent service. And the extra touches. For the last 4 or 5 visits, Debbie has been giving extra attention to the grout in the tile (we have tile in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallway, so there's lots. It looks like brand new tile! I love having a clean house, and having it done by a professional, well, it just looks great -- the entire house! Thank you to all of you.

Promptness and Professionalism
The detail in cleaning was fantastic! Scrubbing the floors under the cabinets, wiping down the baseboards and cleaning the blinds and window sills were all a pleasant surprise! Everything that was cleaned was so well done it has taken minimal cleaning/dusting on my part since then. I am looking forward to future visits from Merry Maids! What a stress relief!
