A good job is done each month. I especially like that there is one person that is assigned to be the lead for our home. Here name is Crystal and she's been with us for years and she's wonderful. She always makes sure the others helping know what we like to have done and she's very professional and sweet. We think of her as our friend.
The work has been good and the ladies were on time. I have had two services done and have had two different crews. Its better if the same crew comes every week. They get to know the house and we get to know them both are very important. I'm curious as to why your people are instructed to wash the floor on their hands and knees? This takes longer and I think a possible workman's comp issue. The extra time could be spent doing something else.
The maids are very professional and friendly. I've used Merry Maids for years and have never been disappointed.

It's just great having a professionally cleaned house -- there really is a difference. Plus, it's all done in a few hours. When we cleaned our own home, it never looked quite as clean, and we would spread the work out over the week, so the house was never clean at the same time.

The house has been very clean. I would prefer a little more scent to the cleaning products so the house smells clean as well as looks clean.

As far as the products, they don't seem to be too harsh. Honestly, we can't smell them at all, but they must be effective cleaners because they seem to do the job.
The ladies always do a great job...Debbie has been handling my cleaning for a long time and is always so conscientious. Great to come home to a clean house!
