Clean, friendly staff, ease of scheduling
Lovely space, engaging, interesting classes, wonderful staff
The staff are friendly and it's never too busy in the Ballincollig gym and there is good music playing on there as well

The place is pristine. It was a very peaceful respite amidst the holiday craze. My one complaint is that I couldn’t extend the offer for the membership to a few days of consideration. I probably would’ve purchased the membership after Christmas. $100 a month is doable.
I went in a little nervous, but the ladies there answered all my questions. They gave me different options and really took the time to figure out what I wanted and what I was comfortable with.
