This past Sunday's Intro to Woodturning/Bud Vase was my first class at Community Woodshop and it was very fun and satisfying.
John Fisher was a knowledgeable, talented, kind instructor. He offered supportive, patient guidance to the group and then individually as we worked on our projects. When I struggled, he lent direct support with tools and process just enough to get me back on track.
I was especially impressed with how he could explain and demo things without going too deep into the weeds -- he shared interesting things about the tools, the properties of wood, a little about the history of wood turning, but didn't go beyond what we would welcome knowing and put into practice.
I found the shop itself well-organized, down-to-earth and comfortable to spend time in. I left feeling that the class was time very well spent. Thank you!

Personal attention and care
Taylor (from Maple Grove location) is an incredible trainer! I would recommend her to anyone. I have had other trainers and done other workout programs, but none have been as effective as the Discover Strength method and trainers. I truly look forward to my workouts and get excited about them. Thank you for everything you all do, and the dedication you bring to every client.

Huge choice of machines
I had a great experience at Perspire Sauna Studio. The front desk receptionist, Olivia S., was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to provide helpful information about the services offered. She was pleasant to talk with and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
The sauna room was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also loved the size of the sauna—it felt spacious and comfortable without feeling cramped. Overall, it was a relaxing and positive experience, and I look forward to returning.
